Good Samaritan Mission, an orphanage home, Vikhroli East
65 children of Good Samaritan Mission, an orphanage home in Vikhroli East expressed their wish to visit a mall. Happy Bubbles took the initiative to make this dream come true for the children. We took them to Kidzania, an indoor theme park and learning center at R-city mall in Ghatkopar where they were introduced to real world challenges which helped them learn, empower, inspire and explore about 100+ activities. They were also rewarded based on their performance in each of the activities. At Kidzania, the kids were trained by several experts from industries like Coca-Cola, Cadbury, etc.
1000 food packets and milk bottles were distributed among the traffic police, local security guards and construction site workers all over Mumbai. Traffic police have a reputation of being extremely temperamental. Why do you think that is? Imagine standing in one place under the sweltering sun, rain, and humidity. You may not know where your next meal will come from. Imagine being yelled at, made fun of. Now imagine the plight of a traffic policeman, of a construction worker, of a local security guard who are all just doing their jobs but would like some appreciation form time to time.
